How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to Agency Pro immediately. You do not need to enter a credit card. At the end of the 14 days, you can enter your billing details to keep using the workspace. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will pause, and your data remains safe.
Can I add or remove recruiter seats at any time?
Yes. Desk4 seat billing is completely flexible. If you hire a new recruiter, you can purchase an extra seat instantly in your settings panel. If a contractor leaves, you can delete their seat. Your billing details are adjusted automatically on a prorated basis via Paddle.
Are there any setup fees or support costs?
No. We do not charge installation costs, setup fees, onboarding premiums, or customer support surcharges. Our support is free for all active subscribers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through our merchant of record, Paddle. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal.
